The Government of India has notified the Remission of Duties or Taxes on Export Products (RoDTEP) Scheme with an aim to provide relief to the export sector which was impacted by the Covid-19 pandemic. The scheme will provide export incentives to exporters in the form of a duty credit scrip for payment of taxes/duties. The scheme will be administered by the Directorate General of Foreign Trade (DGFT).
