A SEBI listed company is entitled entity that have securities listed on any Stock Exchange. Meaning, entities those are listed and are trading on a recognized exchange. Compared to unlisted firms, public companies have easier access to bank credits. Hedge funds, mutual funds, institutional traders, and market makers can be attracted to listed firms more easily.
